Dr. Kelley Kenney is a professor in the department of Counseling and Human Services at Kutztown University in Kutztown, PA. She has close to twenty years of counseling, supervision, teaching, and consultation experience and has presented programs, conducted workshops, and published on topics including college student development, sex education and HIV/AIDS awareness, interracial relationships and multiracial families, diversity awareness, and multicultural counseling and education.

Dr. Kenney has served on several mental health advisory boards and has chaired several committees on a national level for the Association for Multicultural Counseling and Development. She is active on a national level with the American Counseling Association, she served two years as Treasurer for the North Atlantic Region American Counseling Association, and is the Governing Council representative for the North Atlantic Region American Counseling Association.  She was recently appointed to the Association of MultiEthnic Americans national board.

Dr. Kenney is a certified trainer for the National Coalition Building Institute, a co-author of Counseling Multiracial Families, published by Sage Publications, and a co-producer of a video training tape, Counseling the Multiracial Population: Couples, Individuals, and Families by Milan Productions.

Mr. Mark Kenney is a national certified college counselor, licensed professional counselor and an adjunct professor at Chestnut Hill College, Allentown, PA campus program.  His professional experience includes teaching in special education, secondary education and higher education settings.  His areas of specialization include: academic intervention and mediation, adolescent male identity development, gay and lesbian issues, children coping with divorce, fathering issues, and multiracial family issues and concerns.

Mr. Kenney is a certified diversity trainer for the National Coalition Building Institute, as well as a certified presenter for the STEP Parenting program. He served as an extended staff member for Women's Counseling Services of Reading, PA. He is the chair of the Multiracial/Ethnic Counseling Concerns Interest Network of the American Counseling Association (ACA) for 2004-2005. He is the past president for the Pennsylvania Counseling Association (PCA), is the treasurer for the Pennsylvania Association of Multicultural Counseling and Development (PAMCD), and for the Pennsylvania Association for Gay, Lesbian. Bisexual, and Transgendered Issues in Counseling. He is a recent addition to the Association for MultiEthnic Americans national board. He is also the coordinator for the Pride Bridge Builders of Diakon Family Life Services in Topton, PA.

Mr. Kenney is also a co-author of Counseling Multiracial Families, published by Sage Publications and a co-producer of a video training tape, Counseling the Multiracial Population: Couples, Individuals, and Families by Milan Productions.
